An addendum on symmetry and perspective

Yesterday I wrote about how I was obsessed with the view coming down the stairs, with respect to the powder room door and view.

After giving it a great deal of thought, rather than settle for just any tiny powder room sing, I decided to splurge and make a statement.  I am pleased to announce the objects that I will see when I come down the stairs will be:

This beautiful copper sink from Signature Hardware that is a petite 18" in diameter.

With a copper and iron mirror above that really makes they statement, "Hey I'm tiny but I'm not forgettable!"

Now I feel like I will have a nice scene every morning when I come down the stairs.
